Unlike traditional listing directories, Sharmaji Home Tuitions is built on a Masked-Profile Consultation Architecture. No parent's or teacher's phone number, email, or exact residential address is ever displayed publicly or accessible during directory browsing.
1. Information We Collect
When you register as a Parent or Teacher, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, locality, educational qualifications (for teachers), and tuition preferences. All contact information is encrypted and stored in private databases.
2. The Masked Matching & Consultation Mechanism
All searching, shortlisting, and applications on the platform happen via masked identifiers (e.g. "Amit S.", "Rohan V.", "Sector 127 Kharar"). Communications are strictly mediated by authorized Sharmaji consultation coordinators.
3. When Contact Information Is Released
Contact details are unmasked and revealed in user dashboards only after both parties have personally consulted with our team, mutually agreed to a demo class, and confirmed the tuition engagement.
4. Compliance with Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act
We adhere to India's DPDP regulations. Your personal information is utilized strictly for verified educational matchmaking and is never sold or rented to third-party telemarketers.
