1. Scope of Service

Sharmaji Home Tuitions acts as a dedicated facilitator and consultation marketplace connecting parents/students seeking home tuition with independent, qualified educators nationwide.

2. Free Demo Class & Code of Conduct

Teachers agree to provide a single initial demo session to evaluate mutual academic alignment. Both parties agree to maintain professional etiquette, punctuality, and mutual respect during sessions.

3. Commission & Payment Protocol

A one-time success fee is payable upon match confirmation according to the configured fee schedule. Bypassing the platform consultation process after receiving introductions is strictly prohibited.

4. Non-Refundable Fee Policy & 2-Month Extra Validity Assurance

All platform fees, subscription passes, and direct access credits are strictly non-refundable once activated or processed. However, Sharmaji Home Tuitions provides a satisfaction and fairness assurance:

• For Tutors / Educators: If a tutor does not find any suitable tuition jobs or opportunities matching their subject/location profile during their active plan validity, their plan will be granted 2 months extra validity at zero extra charge upon review.
• For Parents / Students: If no suitable, verified teachers are available to meet the specific requirements submitted by parents/students during their service window, their profile request validity will be extended by 2 months at zero additional charge.

5. Dispute Resolution & Replacement
