If a confirmed tutor is unable to continue due to unforeseen relocation, health reasons, or if a student requires a different teaching style within the first 30 days, Sharmaji Home Tuitions provides immediate matching with an alternative verified educator at zero additional matching charge.
3. Non-Refundable Fee Policy & 2-Month Extra Validity Assurance
All direct access passes, premium packages, and membership facilitation fees purchased on Sharmaji Home Tuitions are strictly non-refundable once activated.
For Tutors / Educators:
If an educator holding an active Direct Access Pass or membership package does not find any suitable tuition jobs or student leads matching their subjects/localities during their standard package tenure, Sharmaji Home Tuitions automatically extends their package with 2 Months Extra Validity free of cost to ensure continuous opportunities.
For Parents & Students:
If our consultation desk is unable to find or match an available verified home tutor for a posted requirement within the active window, the requirement will remain actively prioritized in our matching pool with 2 Months Extra Validity and dedicated counselor attention at zero additional charge.
